ANCIENT OAKS RV RESORTCONDOMINIUM,ASSOCIATION,INC.2012 ANNUAL MEETING ON JANUARY 11,2012 AT 10:00 The Membership Meeting was held at the Clubhouse with Bob Christensen presiding. Board Members present were
Ed Pullen the Vice President, Treasurer Carl Dahlman, Secretary Lydia Wasson. Absent was Bev Ader. Proof of Notice was posted December 13,2011 at 9:54 A.M. on the 2 official
locations upon the condominium property. Notice of the Annual Membership Meeting was hand delivered or mailed to each unit
owner at the last furnished address at least 14 days prior to the Annual Meeting. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and followed by a prayer led by Don Anderson. The Chairperson for the meeting, Sally Peterson was announced. Maudene Powell
was introduced as the head of the Election Committee and she introduced her helpers, Leon Goodrich, Don Anderson, Joyce Mong,
Irene Painter, Anita Anderson, Leta Hale, Alice Haaksma, Barbara Howard, Ellie Feustel, Diane Gaul, Alma Motley, Ida Goodrich,
Jane Willoughby, Pat Young. Lydia made a motion that the meeting be recessed
until 1:00 for the votes to be counted. Carl seconded the Motion and it was approved. The results will then be
reported and the Annual Meeting will continue. Maudene Powell
gave the results of the election as follows: Bob Christensen 392, Lydia Wasson 348, Ed Pullen 340, Homer Creech 144, Bob Aseere
142, Dan Durinick 131, and Barb Dill 83. Sally Peterson took
control of the meeting at this time. Since everyone has had enough time to read the minutes from the 2011 meeting, she
asked for a motion to forgo the reading of them at this time. Reiny Peterson made a motion that we forgo reading the minutes
and was seconded by Pat Daubert. Sally told the membership that anyone could talk
about their concern for the Park for three
minutes and must state their name, block and lot. 1. Andy Troyer, B-31, L22 would like to get a permit for a sea wall on his property and would like to have a
committee to look into it. Also, he would rather not have any negative campaigning in the future. 2. Pug Weadick, B-18, L-13 wanted people to know there would not be an
Ohio Night unless someone volunteered to Chair the event. She would like to see the walkers that spit as they go along use
a Kleenix or paper towel.
3. Tom Smart, B-11, L-17 would like to have the restrooms at the Clubhouse and Bath House handicapped accessible.
4. Ginny Stroh, B-27, L-l wants everyone to be sure and get Park stickers on their vehicles. 5. Dave Willoughby, B-25,
l-5 wants electric doors on t he Club House. There were not any more
concerns so the New Board announced the new officers: Carl Dahlman, President and Vice President is Ed Pullen, Secretary
is Lydia Wasson, Carl Dahlman will also be Treasurer and Bob Christensen will be Member at large. Lydia made a motion that the Meeting be adjourned and it was seconded
by Ed. The Meeting was then adjourned. Lydia Wasson, Secretary
